The Rowdys Talent Buyer is not the final decision-maker for bookings. All final decisions are made by the headlining artist, their manangement or their booking agent.
The Talent Buyer’s role is to forward qualified requests directly to the artist’s reprsetative.

The fastest way to have your request seen is to send it as an email exactly as if you were sending it directly to the artist representative yourself.
If the Talent Buyer can simply hit “Forward,” your request gets to the right person right away.
If information is missing or links need to be tracked down, it’s much less likely to be sent quickly — or at all — because of the volume of work we handle.

To give your request the best chance of being seen, follow this format:

1. Subject line:
   Your Band Name – Opening for [Headliner Name] – [Event Date]

2. Email body:

   • Introduce your band as if this is your first email to the booking agent.

   • Include:

     • A short pitch for why your band is a good fit for that specific show

     • A short bio or key highlights

     • Links to your social media, music, and/or videos
